Why we built Solving.AI
We’ve spent our careers leading teams in fast-growing technology companies across revenue, product, engineering, and customer success.
No matter the role or stage, we kept running into the same challenge:
Adoption is always harder than it should be.
Getting new hires up to speed took longer than expected. Customers needed constant hand-holding to get value from the product.
Support teams were buried in repeat questions. And documentation, when it existed, was rarely enough.
We tried everything: LMSs, Notion wikis, Slack channels, internal playbooks, macros, onboarding checklists. None of it scaled. And none of it met people where the friction actually was in the product, in the moment, when they needed help most.
So we asked ourselves:
What if you could support users, both employees and customers, in real time, without training sessions or ticket queues?
What if software could actually teach itself to help people use it?
That’s why we built Solving.ai: an AI-powered assistant that lives inside your tools, sees what users are doing, and guides them on the spot,

We didn’t build it because it sounded cool.
